My family has been sick with Covid for the past week, and the sore throat that comes with this variant is tough to soothe. The things that worked best for us were the medicine ball tea from Starbucks (an off-the-menu drink that consists of lemonade, mint tea, peach tea and honey, served hot) and of course, broths and soups.
