Gluten-Free, Vegan Jammy Blueberry Bars for TABLE Magazine

Make the most of blueberry season with these delicious and easy (as pie) blueberry bars, totally free of the top 8 most common food allergens. The crust mixture is the same as the crumble topping, so you only need one bowl, and the blueberries turn into jam on the stove, simmered with maple syrup, lemon zest and corn starch.
