This recipe, which is a twist on the popular TikTok feta pasta that was making its rounds last year, is the second in a series of gluten-free pasta recipes that I created in collaboration with TABLE Magazine featuring spring flavors and unique gluten-free pastas.
It features Violife Just Like Feta in place of traditional feta cheese, plus cherry tomatoes and broccolini, with gluten-free red lentil penne for an additional burst of color.
