I’ve got the BEST recipe for allergen-free Game Day Guacamole! It only requires a couple of ingredients, comes together quickly and is a real crowd-pleaser.
And whereas store-bought guac can contain dairy, mystery ingredients to keep the avocado green, and large chunks of garlic and onion, this flavorful homemade version is completely allergen-free. Tips to make it great: Grate your onion and garlic instead of mincing to infuse the dip with flavor, use fresh lime juice and look for firm, black avocados that give a bit (but aren’t squishy) when you squeeze them.
Mound it up high, get some soy-free corn chips, crack a (gluten-free) beer and settle in.
