This Easter, my family and I will be gathered around this completely allergen-free version of a traditional, family-favorite quiche. A chickpea batter made with nutritional yeast and oat milk replaces the eggs, and allows fresh spring vegetables and herbs to shine. Happy (almost) Easter!
The secret to this creamy, dairy-free sauce? Coconut milk. It imparts the richness of real cream, and with whole crushed garlic cloves, vegan parm and chicken stock, you won’t taste the coconut in the final product. Swoon-worthy!
