Octofree Pantry Staples:
- Olive Oil (I love this California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- Sesame Oil
- Coconut Oil
- Honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
- Coconut sugar
- Coconut milk
- Tomato paste
- Plain tomato sauce
- Mustard
- Apple cider vinegar
- Barbecue sauce (check ingredients for soy and gluten; we use Blue Sky)
- Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten-Free Baking Flour
- Jovial gluten-free brown rice spaghetti
- Rice (I like jasmine or basmati best, cooked in one of my can’t-live-without staple kitchen appliances)
- Chicken Stock (I like Kitchen Basics, for its savory, substantial flavor)
- Dried or canned beans: Black, cannellini and kidney
- Diced green chiles
- Sunbutter
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Basic spices: red pepper flakes, chili powder, cinnamon, thyme, curry powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala
- Sesame seeds
Octofree Refrigerator and Freezer Staples:
- Dairy-free milk, such as rice, coconut or gluten-free oat milk
- Soy-free Earth Balance
- Coconut aminos (soy sauce replacement)
- Dry white wine
