What to Eat on Halloween (Other Than Candy)

Candy takes center stage on Halloween, but for dinner, it’s best to keep it simple and quick. I’ve got a butternut squash soup that cooks in the slow cooker, a festive pumpkin chili, a honeynut squash sheet pan soup, a lentil stew and a mulled cider, all of which I’ve made on past Halloween nights. Enjoy!
