Mood-Boosting Food for Dark Nights

We officially set the clocks back this Sunday, which means darker, colder nights. Cue the comfort food! Here are 10 of my favorites, modified to be top-8-free so you don’t have to figure out how to substitute any ingredients. Enjoy!
